Apartments are cleaned and dusted 6 days a week (Mon-Sat), including bathrooms and kitchen areas. Indoor plants are watered and replaced on a regular basis. Towels and bed linen are replaced every second day.

Careful maintenance and utility checks are carried out on a regular basis to ensure proper functioning and operating efficiency of all facilities and equipment. Effective pest control measures are permanently in place to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. To ensure security, access to the upper floors is controlled by a key card control system.

Personalised services

A laundry service is available through the room maids at a reasonable cost, with items normally returned the following day. There is also a convenient “shopping-for-you” service for standard food and household items, whereby simple purchases are made as required, and delivered the same day if possible (details on request).

A bellhop service caters for luggage, heavy shopping bags and deliveries, and our gardener takes care of the gardens, plants and flowers. The lobby lounge is open from 09.00 to 18.00 and serves coffee, teas, juices, soft drinks, beer and a small selection of wines.

Meet and greet service: We can arrange to meet you with private transportation at the airport or railway station at a nominal fee. Details on request.
